Capitalise on research and planning by implementing
You can only drive change once you’ve worked out what you need to change by clearing your head. Now your ready to drive change.
Driving change takes action from all members of your team
If you involve as many people as possible in the feedback cycle, they’ll all be working towards the same goal. Download our booklet on the feedback cycle.
- When you’re exploring the views of your tribe – developing a survey and the best methodology for data collection – each member of your team have their own perspective; including them will improve the survey design.
- When you’re uncovering the views of your tribe – analysing feedback received – each member can add insights to the results and how they can be implemented; including them will empower them to participate in driving change.
- As a leader you have a perspective of your organisation, but so does your team – they have more interaction with your clients – involving them when you get off-site to plan will enable you to have a better overall view. If your team isn’t your staff, there are still confidants in your organisation, that could help you with a different perspective that should include. You need to include as many as possible when you have your planning expedition.
Driving change involves having a realistic calendar to implement the changes.
